Blackberry Jello

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls;

There are many things one can do on a nice Beautiful Sunday. I decided to write. One of my favorite things to do is come up with creative recipes. Blackberry Jello is one of those. It is a favorite of children and old. It is refreshing, light, low in calories. Most of all easy to make, serve and your family will love it.

INGREDIENTS:

1 box Jello Blackberry (or your favorite flavor)
Make like the directions say on the box.
1 box of strawberries
1 box of blackberries
1 box of blueberries
approx 2 teaspoons sugar

Jello-make according to directions.
I like putting it in a Corel (Glass dish 9x12 you can use any dish you'd like)

Put in refrigerator to cool.

Get your favorite fruit in this case it was blackberries, strawberry, cherries and blueberries.
Clean/wash
Pat dry with a paper towel
Slice place into a bowl. Be sure to leave some whole for decorations.
In the bowl sprinkle lightly with sugar. Not too much sugar fruits are naturally sweet. Plus, they will make a nice sauce you can add to the dish. Make sure you cover and refrigerate.

Several hours later.

Blackberry Jello should be solid by now cut into cubes or squares. Place in your favorite dessert dish. Add fruit top with whip cream or ice cream. On the very top add a blackberry and a mint leaf for decor.

It's refreshing, light, low in calories.
