Is There A Difference?

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls,

What is important to you? I thought this blog
would have produced more fruit. Fruit the Christian way of saying blessings, food, sustainability. However, what I discovered is that fruit and moninization are two different things. Are they? Is a blessing in a person's life worth rewarding with paying them? If I m feeding you with words that help you, isn't reasonable to think I'd be paid for it? Monetization?

Is the work place different that my place of church? Did it become one big mess when I entered the work place, due to my chosen profession? It took me a while to understand this when I entered the work place it affected my worship. Why is this? Should it have?

The differce between being a Christain stay at home mom and a Christain mom who is employees. The biggest difference is the employed mom gets paid for her donation in the workplace. She not considered just a mom. She has more roles to forfilll. She's no longer the fruit tree people expect her to be. She has to lay down her cross. Ha! Therefore, they have to become their own tree. If your looking for a lemons. Then you need to be the lemon for your own cause. That how to produce fruit. Isn't it?

The most naivee thought is that one stops being a Christian when you enter the workplace. When the reality is you know that you, me, us, Christian woman we hold ourselves to a higher standard. That's what we tell ourselves anyway. Sometimes people think she was in bible study, therefore she should behave...then they (people add their expectations) as if you had an obligation to them to give them something due to them causing you pain or problems. Calling it persecution. I want from Jesus therefore give me.  You have a personal relationship with Christ he made saints, therefore make me a staint. It doesn't work that way. Look at it this way. Jesus didn't volunteer to be persecuted. He came so people would know truth. Who's truth? God's truth.

What if you looked at it as volunteer  vs employment.

Volunteer vs Employee

  1. Volunteers are always needed, if you look at it as a numbers game. Very few people choose to volunteer. Most volunteers feel like they are contributing to a cause worth while. It worth of their time.
  2. Volunteers are recruited or asked to take a position of leadership.do they have the skills? Some do some don't. If they don't they grow into it, or they are not asked the following year.
  3. Volunteers may or may not have college education.
  4. Volunteers are task specific.
  5. Volunteers at the end of the task usually receive some type of thank you.

Employees
  1. Employee are always needed. Employees usually are plentiful if they pay is good. The money received in exchanged for goods or services. Most people employees feel it is worth their own time.
  2. There are employment positions that are recruited. Usually the higher up the corporate ladder the more likely the employment position and employee are looked for. The person to fit the position posses a certain skillset. Education.
  3. Employee may or may not need a college education depending on the position they are filing.
  4. Employees may be task specific.
  5. Employees at the end of task, may or may not receive a thank you. The task might just be in the job expectations and not about a thank you.
Do you need money? Find employment? Stop volunteering ask or the place your volunteering if they have a paid position.. Don't stop attending the things you believe in. For everything their is a season. I pruning my blog to see if it will bear fruit. Yes, in the form of money. If it doesn't then their are specific next actions I will take. Fruit of bloggers is monetization. Payment for their writings. Pruning is important for good fruit.

What is the Best Day You Remember In Your Life!

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls!

This is my last blogmas for 2017. I decided to only write 20 why one might ask. I am currently not willing to enter the superbowl of blogmas or vlogmas, however I wish you all the best. I thank you for reading my blogs post. It's not my season. In theses things one needs to understand time.

My favorite Christmas of all time is when I was married. First year, how I think back now and laugh. It was so difficult getting use to living in a new place, new house, new husband, new responsibilities. I think it is  called "adulting " today. It was such a busy year. I was employed and a full time student. He was employed full time and working those long hours. It was not unusual for home to be gone twelve-sixteeen hours a day. It was fine, although we fought on who's schedule was more important. Who did what chores. Then your newlyweds so people expect this cute sexiness. That just angered me.

That year we argued about everything, tree lights, money presents. Laundry, groceries, bills, budgets, household finances, you understand the picture. What a Christmas! I hated all the growing pains. The romance of dating was a glass shattering with the reality of married life. How does one balance?

Then it was suddenly Christmas Eve and we spent the whole night talking about the meaning of Christmas. The reality was we were both suffering. It wasn't what either of us expected. Divorce? Always an option. However, somehow we feel asleep by the tree that year and awoke in each others arms. Love still exsisted.

30 Days Of Blogging Challenge Childhood Memories

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls:

This is one of the things I love and why I choose to become a teacher. I loved my childhood. To my friends it was always questioned. To me it was normal. What was so different about my family? I was raised in a bi-lingual  family. That's what it was called at the time. I was born in the United States of America. It took me the longest time to understand. I grew up speaking two languages and from there, I fell in love with other languages and learned to speak a little French, Italian and Japanese. I learned we were all children who were made fun of. It's now labeled as discrimination.

Once you learn that's it's not just your family, you learn to overcome the prejudice that you feel, experience and are told that it doesn't exist. It's also the type of prejudice that forces sex upon young people before their ready. It's a way to blame someone for action not willing to have responsibility for. I remember telling my children when they felt peer preassure and didn't know how to get out of it to blame me. My mom won't allow me to. Why did I do that? I didn't have that luxury. Then I'd be right there to help them. Help them.

"Not all things are explained in the good book." I remember a great man told me once me. I had been praying for a family that he had been sent on a missions trip. Was sadden to hear how they were treating them. That's when man has to use what he reads as a guideline. Use common sense and speak truth into the heart of man. Education will always help you work through the truth. There are many scientific truths only one who is true. Complex isn't it? I use to be ponder the earth testing out the truth. I had freedom to test. Do you? It proved to be greater than I.

What I say!

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls,

How many times have I looked at someone and thought one thing and said another. How many times have I wanted
From the person I was with. Maybe it wasn't for things. Maybe it wasn't for money. Maybe it was just that I needed compassion from the person. Understanding or just a hug. My child died this year and I had to listen to the men that had cursed tell me how great he was. I had to hear the same men pray to the God I pray to after telling me what a terrible mom I was.

With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so.
James 3:9-10 NKJV

This scripture came to mind. I know we make mistakes. We are sinners saved by grace. Grace, beautiful, wonderful grace. To know Gods grace is to fall in love with His word.

What does a woman say when she losses a child. Other than help me God. Forgive me God, I must have really I sinned. If I really thought that way then I would not believe in grace. I don't know how I will live the rest of my life. He was suppose to have a few years without me constantly watching him so he could mature into the young man you wanted.

Now, I am left here knowing that the grace that I showed others was not enough, the prayers I said were not enough, the love I gave was not enough, the lessons I taught was not enough, the grace you have was not enough. He left earth November 12, 2014.

Do I curse now? Is it okay? Will I be justified, if I show you I am angry, hurt, upset? Is this what you wanted me to learn? Your anger? Should I be angry? How angry do I have to get. Psalm 77 I was studding and asked a friend to help me study when it hit.

Does studying your word come with such a big price? Then no one would study it. Does asking someone to help you, mean you lose the word you understand? How can I explain to you my feelings? Although your word clearly explains how we are to deal with emotions.

I could get angry at God, then I am less of a woman. If God thought I should have this then He would also give me an understanding and equip me with the power to deal with it and the financial resources. My God is not only able he is willing. Then why does man curse you with their tongue and praise you with it too. It's like the sex addict or the alcoholic who says to his wife "I'm not having an affair", "I'm not an alcoholic." then the neighbor catches him take pictures show it to the wife and its denied. Or the alcoholic that tell the congestion they quit and people see him at the local brewery. They speak what the person wants to hear. Is it your truth?

Is your anger mean or is it like the "Father, who corrects his child with his word, in love." My father never spanked me. I learned young His word was enough. His word was enough. Again I ask why does men do that? Speak with and curse with?

I Look A Mess I Don't Have Anything To Hide

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls,

As woman we fight all kinds of battle. Some for ourselves to stay content and give thanksgiving in everything the God brings our way, others just because we are selfish enough to want to live a life that God intended us to live. Most of all we fight the battle because this is what we are told we must do.

There is no battle when you are signal, other than the one to have your own name, reputation, honor in your own body, earned respect of others, in your business life and in your personal life. What greater battle is there than in knowing the truth. I do not fight when I wake up in the morning for I know the truth in my life. I fight to be the woman God intended me to by. Not my mothers child, the woman he raised me up to be.

Number one on Googles list of woman who look a mess.Did someone care enough to ask her why?
Sometimes, we don't look like what we are suppose to look like. We run to the grocery store for something and we run into a friend. Wow, they say, you don't look like yourself. I laugh and think to myself what is it that you were expecting? You see me on Sunday, workdays with my best forward, however on a regular day when I am just myself it is unacceptable to you?  This thought runs through my mind, however I don't speak it. It is a thought not worth speaking. I think, if I were a negative person I would tell you all the things I am trying to accomplish, however I am just myself, trying to support myself. Trying to live the life I was suppose to live not the lies others want for me.

It is the truth of day to day life, we doesn't always look the way others think it should. We don't always act life others want us to. Social media, expects woman to look a certain way, our children expect us "mom" to look and act a certain way, movies portray woman without faults. The truth is we suffer from all types of life circumstances. We fluctuate the ups and down's of life know their is a greater purpose to our life then what you expect. We woman don't have to look any certain way. God describes Eve, however he doesn't describe her physical appears other than to say she came from the rib of Adam. Sometimes, I hear what you say, however the freedom is knowing what is best, God's best for my life. Not your life, my life. If I was a preacher I would tell you God wants all His people to know that Jesus Christ is Lord. That you are saved by grace and not by works. That you are a believer. When you accept the fact that there is John 3:16. The goal is to believe everyday, act that way and accept grace. Giving thanks always. I might not look like you expect, however I believe I am doing the best I can.

However, I am not a preacher, therefore I can only ask you the next time you see me, don't judge by my appearance. Ask me as a person how am I doing and if you really want to know and care for me I will tell you. Otherwise just say hello and be on your way. Only my true friends, family need to know the reality of my life. That is the difference between a relationship and a gossip.

Gossip Hated and Loved!

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls,

You know it is amazing to me the perception of gossip. In a biblical term gossip is hated, the thing is we assume it is only women who do (secretly) speak of these things. Prayer is gossip? However, even in a church men need to pray, do they go to other men to pray with them or a woman? If women are gossiping when they are praying for one another then what are men doing when they pray for one another?

Either way, I went on a journey once to find out how much gossip was hated. I traveled in tents, by car, boat, plane and even under the sea asking the question how much do you hate gossip. Here is what I found out.

Movie stars do it.
Photographers do it.
Videographers do it.
Passengers do it.
Starbucks was knowing for doing it with anonymous names on cups so they do it.
Pizza deliveries boys do it.
Tweeters do it.
Face book ruined faces and do it?
Event planners do it and it ruins their employment.
Teachers do it.
Principles do it.
Pastors do it.
Headmasters do it.
Chefs do it.
Fashion designers do it and claim they would never do it.
Lawyers do it knowing there's consequences for doing it.
Judges do it.
Literary do it.

Here is what I found out in my Journey...it doesn't matter the color of your skin, it doesn't matter if you are male or female, it doesn't matter how old you are, it doesn't matter how powerful you are or how much money you have or don't have, people gossip,

What does matter is how you use the gossip. I am here to say it does. When you're a child you think and act like a child. You do things you enjoy, however you don't know what you enjoy because you are a child and haven't experience all that there is to do. Innocence should be protected, you as a individual have the right to learn, grow mature and figure out what is yours. What is right for you.

How do you use gossip? When I was in college just starting my life, I attended a football game with my fiance. We were watching the game and I always took other things to do. His profession was "football" and the other coaches would always attend. They talked about football plays, the talents of the football player the statistics and I would talk about the cheerleaders. I laugh today at the thoughts I had I had just graduated from high school and x-cheerleader I still had the desire to try cheer. I would mess up these men by talking about the cheerleaders. It was intentional and unintentional on my part. Therefore, our date nights were filled with sports, as my then young fiance was learning from his peers and I was the tag along. They would laugh and joke with me about how I always brought a book, a craft project or something to do. I quickly learn to cost them money and make them buy be a program, a hot dog, a coke....did you know that when they began to gossip about the cheerleader, I would have to distract these grown up men with other things. I laugh today, it was not anger it was to see who can mess up whom. There came the point where cheerleader tryouts and I happened to be on campus. I thought to myself, I could tryout for cheerleader and mess with my fiance or I could just do what I needed to do to graduate from college. I choose to graduate from college. There is a point, where messing with a life is for their benefit or their failure. I believe I made the right choice for my life. A few of my girlfriends became cheerleaders. It was fun to watch them, I went on with my education and graduated from university.

Is gossip fun or does it have a responsibility? I could of not keep my fiance on track and tempted him with cheerleaders as his friends were doing with me, tempting me with football players. I could have just gone down to the football field after the football game and introduced myself to the young man they wanted me to meet. I think I made the right choice to love the man I was engaged to and ignore the others. There is always someone out there that is prettier or more handsome, has more money, is more powerful, however when you find the one that makes you feel all those things and you don't have a thing your both just starting off, then that just might be the one to spend your life with.  Yes, I can scripture this blog....I won't. It's gossip.

Dead Man Speaks I'm Not Listening

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls:

Now my transition from youth to junior high and then high school was not an easy one. Things happen I didn't expect. My dad, my love was trying to help me transition from prayer to Job's Daughter (book of Job) back to prayer (Psalms). Do the two work together? Can a daughter of Job have the heart of David for prayer? Could she be "God's Beloved"? The transition presented some challenges. Many of them we didn't anticipate. I think there is a song about this. "Anticipation". It makes me laugh the stupid memories I have of both of us. Can a junior high or high school study pray for school work, friends, college, grades? Is this acceptable? How do you do it all? Is it any different praying for your children when you become a mother?

It presented new challenges for my dad, he was a strict man who believed in being highly organized. The transition into womanhood his daughter didn't count on was boys interest in her and the need for them to look good, showing off, etc. I remember the different boys that would come by the house before I was old enough to date, to see if I was interested. I assure you I was never interested.

One showed up barefoot.
Barefoot Prayer
He didn't met my dad's qualifications for dating. Please don't ask me for a timeline on these gentlemen caller, that is irrelevant. I know it started when I was in about 5th grade with mothers bringing the sons over to introduce them to my dad and it went on until my junior year in high school. How un-american I would tell them. I don't want to marry a latin. Good for nothing men who cheat on their wife. (Forgive me that is a cultural non-politically correct statement, but a teenagers only defense. As a mature woman I have discovered cheating on your wife has nothing to do with culture, more like character. It also affects both men and woman.) The young man visiting was unexpected. I invited this young man in introduced him to my parents, next they were playing a game of chess. After the game which lasted more than hour closer to two and half hours where I was only allowed to speak to the young when it was my dads turn to move his chest piece. I was board. When the game was over my dad, asked the young man to follow him. He took him into his bedroom, I followed carrying on, like a teenager and watched in shock as he open his closet door, showed him all his suits, his shirts, pants, shoes, lined up perfectly neat in the closet. He asked the young man if he wanted some of the cloths in the closet. The young man said no! Then he respectfully told the young man that he was inappropriately dressed to call on his daughter. If he wanted he would loan him his cloth if not he need to get out of his house until he could dress like a man who had good intentions, honorable. Until then not to call on his daughter for a date. I was so embarrassed. This young man couldn't get out of our home fast enough. He never spoke to me again not at school not when I saw him around town. Guess sometimes dad's know best.  Today, I get the point of making it sure a man needs to respect, his daughter. (Lam. 5:12)  Now that I think of it the young man was not respecting his elder. Old school isn't such a bad thing when you are trying to learn, what is pleasing to "The Lord, God".

Later, while in Junior High there was a young red man (much older than I he was in high school) who use to come by the school with his friend. I had just joined the club I had mentioned earlier. His interest was in his friend being with my friend who I had just met. I was quiet as a young lady, learning from my dad to question the intentions of the heart of young men who were interested in me, in this case my girlfriend. I watch and listen. We were both quiet as they talked. Afterwards, I told my friend, she shouldn't be with a young man so much older. She had an older brother and explained they were his friends. This happened a few times until the mother daughter get together for school when I asked her mom privately, if her daughter was allowed to date. (Song of Solomon 8:8) We were both at that point in our lives learning, growing, knowing I wasn't ready for dating and my parents wouldn't allow it. Would her's.

Helpful College Prep Study Guides
Now it is about listen to what is righteous my dad taught me. (Psalm 119:142) The goal is to find righteousness, love mercy, gain honor. (Proverbs 21:21) For the Lord is righteous, He loves righteousness; His countenance beholds the upright. (Psalm 11:7). I spent the next two and half, years learning what it meant to be a daughter of Job. You know Job had many daughters, they each had their own character trait.  How a young man should treat a young lady. I shed my share of tears for maturity is not always painless. The bible speaks of many things including being betrayed by those you befriend. Girls turn on girls for boys, call you names, say stupid things, boys yell things they should for power. I learned "Dead Men Speak, I Don't Have To Listen or Obey".  Actions speak louder than words when it comes to knowing in the midst of trouble there is no greater love than the love of the "Father" for his children. (Matt. 23:9) Doing what is right isn't always about  looking the prettiest or knowing. It is about knowing what is right for you. Hopefully, it will be right for the other person too. In this case, my girlfriend was able to invite these two young men to her home. I lost a girlfriend for talking to her mom, she felt betrayed. I was prevented from knowing which Jobs daughter she was. I felt relieved that she was safe, her parents could supervise the intention of these young men's hearts that were calling their. The cool thing is their was no hatred between us. Just respect. I escorted her brother to his prom at her request.

College Prep Study
I also spend the next two years with my favorite English Teacher; the youngest teacher the school had ever known, the new guy learning what it would take to become a teacher. He helped me with the thoughts of being more than just a high school graduate. We wrote to each other until I graduated from high school. This hip new teacher, helped me focus on what was important to me. It was also important to my dad. Did you know that if you kick boys out of your thoughts, there is a whole lot of room for studying for college? College prep classes and test took up enough time. I thank him at graduation, where he asked me for a date. Unfortunately, I was already dating the man that was the "Love of my Life", I told him I was grateful, no thank you. I will always remember him as the cool new teacher the only young teacher our school had.

Class Reunion

 Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls;

Have you ever attended a class reunion. I had what is today called my 'peeps' in high school. They were certain girls that I hung out with. I loved these girls and they me. The funny thing is as a "Cheerleader" one would think that I was popular. The popularity was irrelevant to me. I was focused on getting to college and learning to be the best I could be.

High school cheerleaders today, go through really intense screening today. They not only have to be able to perform dance, coordination, leadership, they also have to be intelligent. Yes, I said intelligent. Beautiful looks help not a requirement. If you look up the word, look it up in the "GNB", it has a different definition than the "NKJB". Either way it is the importance of knowing the truth.

I attended my class reunion to share Thanks with friends, I had not seen in a while. Well, actually there was one friend I wanted to say thank you to. During my high. My close friends from elementary school were still the same. How fun is that. I attended this one with a friend from Junior High. We both had common things we had both raised two young men who were in college. She married a "Rocker" band guy and I married and educator. She would always find me when she needed to vent about life. The other thing we had in common was our moms. Both her dad and mine had passed away.  I had lots of fun.

While I was in high school three people committed suicide. One jumped off the bleachers. One that my cousins knew, that was sad because I went on one date with, he joined the military, was dishonorably discharged (drug use) married, divorced, wanted to date again. I wasn't interested and my aunt was trying to force me. However, I said no. Later, I found out he took a gun to his head. The one that affected me the most and why I wanted to attend the reunion to say thank you. Was a young man who I walked home from school with. It was several miles from home and most of the time I would catch the bus, however if practice ran late I would miss the bus and walk home.

This young man and his friend that I knew from elementary school must have been walking home as well. The funny thing I don't remember the first time we walk home together. I do know that the friend from elementary school recognized me. I didn't talk to people or strangers on the way home. After about a year of walking home together on and off his friend asked me out. Like usual I hesitated. Turning him down many times. They would come to the house and just talk. Long story short, I went out with him. Broke it off. He invited me to church, it was closed took me to meet his family, no family in the house. Made a usual teenage pass to kiss me. I asked from him to bring me home.  Guess what! He brought me home. I shared the story with my dad.

Later, not sure of the timeline. My dad who was also conservative didn't want me walking to school begin driving me to school. We would talk on the way to school. He would ask questions if the young man was still bothering me. For some reason at a yellow light he said something to me that was unexpected. He told me that I needed to talk with the young man's mother. I looked at him and said about what? It's over.  There was no dating policy established in my mind. This happened my sophomore year.

One evening, my parents were not home and his friend came running over. That the young man I dated was about to commit suicide, because I wouldn't date him. I told the guy he was ridiculous no one does that. Anyway, his parents were home. He needed to tell them not me. It is acceptable to say no. He told me I had to hurry and go to his house, they lived a few blocks away and we could run there together. I said no my parents weren't home and I didn't believe him anyway. (Honestly, I never heard of such a thing.) we had gone out on a couple days and he had escorted me to homecoming princess and the dance. telling me he loved me.) What is love when you are 15 or 16. Definitely, not worth suicide. The young man continued to follow and pursue me. (Today's terms stocking.)

Somewhere in the midst of drill team, homework, staying home, dance club, gymnastics, track, after school employment. The young man took a riffle to his stomach and pulled the trigger. Today, looking back at I wish I would have listened to my dad and talked with his mom. I didn't want to see him again, because of what he tried. However, not knowing his mom made it difficult to go talk with her. (Unfortunately, the young man left a note. Talking about this deep love he had for me and that I wouldn't marry him therefore life wasn't worth living. Talk about a difficult thing to hear from a mother, who blamed me for the love her son felt for me. My thought was  "Lady, we walked home from school together or rode the bus, it wasn't a great love affair. I didn't pull the tiger. Your son wanted to force me to have sex with him (in his brothers house, while he was gone) using attending church as an excuse, so my parents would give me permission to date. (All I could do was cry.) I wasn't allowed to be rude. His mom yelled at me in the emergency room!

His family called my family on the way to emergency and I spent a year of my life visiting him in the hospital. Talking to him on the phone and trying to give this young man a reason to live (outrages phone bills), trying to give this young man a reason to live. I even remember falling asleep holding the telephone I talked for hours about all that is good. My employment went to paying my parents off for the bills this young man caused. Once those were paid I was able to use it for the extra expenses high school brings.

There was one young man at school who had the courage to come up to me and confront the gossip stories and rumors. He asked me what had happened. I was able to for the first time tell the story to a peer. He also with a girlfriend of his, took me to visit him in the hospital. They cared in an unexpected way. The three of us talked with him in the hospital. Spent who how many hours, minutes. Honestly, I hated the young hospital patient by this time. (Psalm 139: 22) I was filling the responsibility all the adult wanted me to fill. (Jer. 23:16) I have never felt hate for another human before. (Psalm 109:5) On a dare I was told to kiss him to wake him up. I looked at him lying in the hospital bed, with his dry lips, and his wounded body, he blamed me for. I confess discuss and sorrow maybe pity, is what I felt. (Palm 26:26) Duty to keep someone alive and love don't always go hand in hand. You can feel emotions, you don't always have to share or act on it. I kissed him. Grateful to the young man who took me to the hospital that day, (that dare me to kiss him) that was the last visit last phone call till, he returned my senior year of high school as a junior and quickly dropped out. For a brief moment it started again. the anonymous phone calls, the stocking, it quickly ended when I took the position as the telephone operator for the principal of the school, when they starting calling me during this time at school the principal got involved. I was able to tell my story to the principal. Whenever, the young man came to talk with me, the other school students watched. I thank them all for not leaving me alone! If one kiss could save a life and end the endless accusations, then I was willing to do that.

After several reunions were we would miss each other I finally got to say Thank you! to the one person who believed my truth!  My high school years are complete! I never have to attend a reunion again. I went to every reunion trying to say thank you. My senior closed with a cheerleader throwing a pie in a football player face. ;) Fun times! Mary or is it Maria?

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls;

Have you ever heard of the name "Mary" aka "Maria" who hasn't. Right? There are many things said about this name. Many things good, many things bad. None greater than the "Name of Jesus".  It has been written about since the age of time. Jesus mother, It is gossiped that Mary and Mary were the best of friends. What can make a the mother of Jesus love a woman so much. Did she know her name and reputation?

It is said she was a heroine, (not the drug)  the lover of John. Gossip is gossip, that is what this blog is all about. Was she made to cry? So I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll, or to look at it. Rev 5:4 They wept before they knew what would happen. It's a funny thing to know something is going to happen and not be able to stop it. To know you are being tested, know the result and still not be able to have the person choose a different outcome. This is what these woman experienced. Two woman knowing the truth praying at his feet, crying knowing the results of that day would change their lives forever. Knowing they couldn't stop it, trying their hardest to tell their men they knew, understood and however they didn't want that for them. The pain was greater than they could bare.

Now you as a woman, what would you do if a Mary came to you and said "I was asked to "bitch" for your husband?" Would you answer the woman? Would you ignore the woman? Would you talk to your husband about it? How he felt? If it was true? Is this not the stereotype of what a secretary use to be for her employer? Personally, I question myself?  How many times have I been asked by the mom's of football players if they could do this for their son's for favors. I also as a mom asked my son, if he wanted me to do this when he played football for his coach. He would not allow it. For this I am grateful. My other son, decided the same thing. How much can a mom love her children when they shut down the woman's thoughts from men, they she not become their Mary Magdalene. It is both said and truthful that the songs today speak of this very thing. They address the very topic in modern terms. I don't recommend youth listen to them, however it really gives a world perspective to the bible.

Is that what all the sexual harassment laws are about. It is governments way of stopping and protecting it's people from those that want power and prestige without integrity. It is described that she, She was there at the "beginning of a movement that was going to transform the West". Could this have been the 70's movement and the need to be free for woman?

None the less what the bible says about Mary needs to be held as truth, it is considered a history book. The difference is the bible is the cornerstone for cleanliness, honesty, truth. The goal of Purity:
It should be the goal of every human on earth to want to be saved, and live a "Godly" life. "To much is given much is expected."
(For they could not endure what was commanded: “And if so much as a beast touches the mountain, it shall be stoned or shot with an arrow.” Heb 12:20

1.He will even deliver one who is not innocent;
Yes, he will be delivered by the purity of your hands.” Job 22:30

2.He who loves purity of heart
And has grace on his lips,
The king will be his friend. Pro 22:11

3. by purity, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by sincere love, 2Cor6:6

4. Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 1Tim4:12

5. older women as mothers, younger women as sisters, with all purity.1Tim4:12

Mom, pray for their children and the children of other mom's. Sometimes it is about saying it to the other mom in order that she be held to a standard of purity and not entice the man. Prayer for the mature in spirit is such a beautiful, joyous and honoring way to be. Why not ask the wife?  Asking implies you don't want to have a sexual relationship with the man. You want to pray for him without violating the bonds of marriage. Why not be honest enough to just speak the truth, not for the sake of her men, her son, her child because God can hear those who pray in the name of Jesus anyway.

A bitch described by Urban Dictionary:

1. Word used to describe the act of whining excessively.
2. Person who rides specifically in the middle of a front-seating only car meant for 2 passengers or less.
3. Modern-day servant; A person who performs tasks for another, usually degrading in status.
4. Term used to exclaim hardship.
5. An exceedingly whipped guy who does/wears/thinks/says whatever his girlfriend tells him to.
6. Annoying and whining female.
7. Female Dog
8. A woman that doesn't give a flying f*ck anymore and that can and will be cruel to men.
9. A woman who would say things that if she were a man, she would be confronted or assaulted. (using her position as a woman as a shield)
10.to complain
11. a women with a bad attitude
12. Originally used to describe women;
now a days literally can be said to any1 ..anytime ..anyplace for any reason
13. The person forced to sit in the middle of the back seat in a car. Often in cases where multiple men and one woman are riding, the woman will automatically be the "bitch" to serve as padding for irrational male homophobia.

A whore is a different being. That too is described in urban dictionary. That is not what I am talking about. Mary Magdalene once she knew Jesus, never whores again. A whore has intentions that may not be at the best interest of your man.

Either way in the work place it is unacceptable. The laws of the state are involved.

Now after the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb.

Is it possible, somethings are not made for some woman?  Even in the name of Jesus!

"Timber" Did you Hear Him Yelling?

Hi there, Glamour Girls;

Gossip here: More juicy talk about the world verses Christian. You know they are not of this world therefore the "church gossip" has to explain it to you. The news could be good or bad depending on the side your on.

I know we woman are charge constantly with gossiping at church is prayer or gossip? Is it helping people stand firm in truth? I love this analogy.
"Timber"defined:

www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/timber

Full Definition of TIMBER 1 a : growing trees or their wood b —used interjectionally to warn of a falling tree 2 : wood suitable for building or for carpentry 3:materialstuff ; especially : a person or type of person qualified for a particular position or status<managerial timber> 4 a : a large squared or dressed piece of wood ready for use or forming part of a structure b British : lumber 2a c : a curving frame branching outward from the keel of a ship and bending upward in a vertical direction that is usually composed of several pieces united : rib

On the day of Christ crucifixion before the lighting, before the thunder, before the woman started crying and the men talking, because heaven forgive they never gossip. Did the men, at that time yell "Timber!" When they were chopping down the tree that would be carved to become "His" cross!

Did the carpenter that was designing the cross labor and donate the wood? Did the strong man that chopped the wood donate it? Did the person who craved the names donate it? Would this have been casting Lots? Or we're they innocent and  "Nieve" to what the would would be used for and whom it would be used for. Is this part of God's protection in the lives of Adam and Eve?

The Carpenters of old did lots of different type of work. How many types of employment can you think carpenter do?
How many of us by our material things from carpenters today?

And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.
Do you think Mary "His" mother had knowledge of what was happening to her son? Was she in pain? Did she listen to gossip? Did she pray? Was she at any time chasten or hurt because her friend Mary was a whore? Would they have called her a bitch?

Could "Pitbull" be talking about this in his song "Timber". Haven't seen the video just thoughts come to me of the truth. Is it possible that a man can hear the timber falling? Is it possible that another man can get him out of the way? If Pitbull intended the song to talk about the "Timber" at the Cross or not is one of the beauty of artistry! One might here what Pitbull intended, some might hear
how it relates to their life, others hear what God want to do for them at the cross!

I am currently at my moms house, the amazing thing here is the local church "Calvary" blocks away is divided into two churches. One church just blocks from the other. They split into an "Old" as in Old Testament Church is in an old building and "New" Testament Church. Is in a new building that looks looks  like a houseconverted to a church. How sad it is to see this manifestation of God in this area.

Tools specific to Act 2:47
Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the churchdaily such as should be saved.
Whatever the song is I Pray you hear Gods truth for your life!

What Does It All Mean?

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls:

Guess, what I was at the gym this morning and the same TV Program was on "Sex in the City". Normally I plug into my music in order to get into the zone.  Again I plugged into the program on TV as I walked my 30 minutes.  I laugh again at the memories it brought back of my own relation with my then fiance and husband of more than 38 and now my best friend after divorce.

I thought of my event business and how I was hired to plan a funeral after party. That was a challenge for me. I knew I didn't really want to plan this event and gracefully decline. He insisted.  It ended up being one of the most amazing moments to know that so many people could show up to celebrate the life of a women. A woman respected by others, a woman knew she was loved, and I wonder how much she really knew about how much she was loved. It was such a peaceful, joyous, worthy of talking about event. Although I never talk about my clients by name, I do talk about them with the caliber of respect they deserve. She was loved and her guest where so wonderful to our staff that I was pleased how great the event was. It was one of those events, I told the client I wasn't equipped to plan, however their grace allowed it to an event without fault.

Anyway, the story was more about new relationships and how during the time of getting to know each other, we experiment with each others desires, likes and interest.  I like carry was all about living a life in the city. I don't think I had ever gone camping (mountain) or ever even thought about it til I met my husband.  We grew to love the outdoors and all the fun that it brought, however I am still more in love with the Encinitas lifestyle than I will ever be with mountain or country lifestyle.  The laughter comes in when a man is telling you things they like and we as woman laugh or is frighten, we call our best friends to join us at the activity, we are just not sure of or don't understand the man. My husband always had a great sense of humor. I wish now I would of watched this series when it was happening. Relationships in the beginning are both humorous and difficult.  Having children adds another blessing and it's whole set of circumstances. You add teenagers and all their friends it changes again. You divorce and starting over creates it's own challenges.

He showed her that the best friend he has in the cabin was a squirrel, implying he was a little lonely, or just a little strange. He was funny as heck trying to find her compassion, or sympathy point. Her sympathy for was was not there. She like many of found it difficult to believe that his best friend was a squirrel. He couldn't find it and she didn't know exactly what to do. There is a point in all of us "women" when we can no longer stand the cuteness of Ren and have to call for support from others.  We might love the man however we don't have to love his Ren.

Relationships are this funny balance of love, patience and a series of "No's that need to be respected. Woman are able to love the person and not want to be with his Ren. The wisdom of knowing the person, and knowing to love yourself as much is a fine balance in a relationship. It is knowing that some females are different then others, it's a matter of finding the right friends, the ones that believe in you, as a friend, woman, sister, and most of all your ability to succeed as a woman.  With integrity to the point that you would share painful information with her if it meant saving her life. Integrity in business, in our checking accounts, in our ability to life a productive life.  Carrie had that.  If you can become that type of woman you can then create a circle of friends worthy of your companionship. The scripture comes to mind that

The difficult thing is as woman we don't all grow up with "Fathers, Dad's " that Ren us. Most of us don't like it in our bodies and we don't life that way on a daily bases.  In the workplace it is known as sexual harassment. In business it is known as a business person against you not for you.  Therefore "Trust has to be developed. Truth has to be established and love definitely has to be a part of. In my business the workplace doesn't always look like an office. It is where ever I am planning an event. It might be the beach or a venue, or event Barnes and Nobles, while I am writing this blog.

If you like this blog, please click on a sponsor, tell a friend, book an appointment or call to just talk about the biz.  I appreciate your thoughts on this or any blog I write.  Therefore, feel free to leave a comment.  Maybe, I should ask a question:  What do you think sexual harassment is?

Cultural Difference (Identity vs Religion)

There are cultural differences that affect all of us.  Some of us accept others and some of us don't  Part of event planning is being able to identify the cultural differences and use etiquette or manners to identify, help, get the client or the customer through the event of their life.

What to say and when to say it can be the best weapon you have in the fight to have the best day of your life at whatever event you are attending planning.  An event planner who is sensitive to the needs of her clients is an event planner worth every penny.

Affection is one of those that each culture is sensitive about.  For example one culture it is totally acceptable to show affection, (hugs and kisses) where another culture it is not.  The difficult pare it when within the culture it varies between individual.  For example the stereotype of the latin women who shows affection to everyone, because they are kind.  In the Japanese culture greeting someone is not always acceptable.  A handshake is more a sign of respect and affection.

Acceptable affections is a multicultural acknowledgement.  Workplace affections:  What is acceptable in the workplace.

1. Greeting:  Meeting the person you know acknowledgment of their presence with a handshake. Greeting.
Hello Mr.... or Mrs.......   It is a pleasure to see you again.

2.  Time: Punctuality is the second most reason why companies fire an individual.  Be on time.

3.  Alcohol Use: When there are alcohol at an event attending.  Have a glass of your favorite drink, but limit yourself to drinking another beverage to stay sober.  No one likes a drink.  They might be the life of the party at the event, however the next day they will be the gossip of the office.

4.  Gifts: Bringing gifts to the event your attending. This is one you should take the time to find out if it is acceptable or necessary.  Some host may feel the gift is a sign of your generosity, while other feel it is a bribe. "As your host if they have a special organization they would like an money donated to or if there is something special you can bring to the event."  If they say no thank you.  Then accept it as sincere. If you are uncomfortable with this then purchase the gift and tell your host, I know you told me not to but it is my tradition and way to say thank you for the invitation and thinking of me.

5. Color: There is difference in color used as well.  A company in the United States may use a yellow tag on the product, however when they ship the product to a company in China it makes them instantly specious.

6.  Food: Food each culture has food associated with them.  Some cultures you are brave when trying out their food that may be strange or look different. Other cultures see it as peace offering.  I remember at my wedding I had a very American wedding, however we had to offer one thing that was of my culture, as a respect to my parent.  Business is the same way it is about the person you are attending the event for.  Also their are culture food noises is acceptable and a way of showing the person the food is delicious!  Americans tend to judge the person making the noises as not having manner, it is the opposite for some cultures.

7. Clothing: This too can be cultural.  One culture can find a business suit very appropriate for all occasions, Americans tend to dress up or down depending on the event they are invited to.  For example:  To one person they may attend church in shorts and t-shirt, another person may love dressing up or more formal to make it a special time.

8. It is important to know yourself what is acceptable to you as a human being, what you can accept, how you can relate to others, by respecting the differences and honoring their culture.

Covering Up Your Man's Sin (Parenting)

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girl,

You know I love talking...talk talk talk. Lets get to the reality of the matter. The reality is that as a woman not all of us marry perfect men.  We are called to carry one another barrens.  The imperfect life of a child, the husband who in his youth was not perfect and didn't know how to uphold his children, the man at work that insist in his way, the friend from the past who needs his fantasy to keep himself "feeling good". It didn't matter how many lives he took along the way or how many he hurt young or old.

Psalm 55:22 "Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you: He shall never permit the righteous to be moved."

Have you ever thought about what you share with your friends.  The sins of woman are much different then the sins of men.  We are both human, however in my experience we confess out need to be loved.  On our wedding day we just want to be the girl that is perfect for our guy.  We want to have everyone of their attentions including the lust for the honeymoon.  We hope they will lust after us as they did for the girl of their youth.

Men confess their need for lust.

When your a mom the lines get blurry or do they?  We are mean if we tell our sons don't date a girl, lead her on, until you know you like them.  Don't go out unless you group date for protection from the one sin that pledges men the most.  Be careful, don't stay out too late.  "Kiss me at midnight when you get home."  I am employed by two people working for two different companies and I am tired by the time Friday Night comes along, so I need to trust you."

The trust in knowing you taught your child the biblical truth, the best way possible. There are points in my life where I have been so burrens by my men that I didn't know how to listen anymore. Especially when you have an aging mom complaining, a sister who wants, young men your trying to raise to be healthy productive, a divorce, a loss of job or employment, not enough money to feed yourself let alone pay rent, phone bill and basic nessecities of life.

You can love "The Lord" with all your heart and still experience devestations?
You can life a life knowing that you can do everything you can possible do to survive and life still happens.  The lust in the heart of others is a lust we don't always know, we are not suppose to know but as humans we are to stop when someone ask us to stop, we are to forgive when we are asked, we are to understand No means NO and Yes means Yes. We are suppose to know the difference between bulling someone and survival.

Do you want the same thing I do?  This is the first thing you should ask your fiance. If not walk away. We are also suppose to trust when we are told we will be taken care of and helped.  What is your lust issue?

Grace...should be without a price, however life on earth may just be another story?  Still questioning where is "David in Psalms when you need someone praying over your life?"  Will you be the one that prays for me today?
