New This Year 2018

Hi there Diamond Glamour Girls:

Every one has dreams and one of mine has been to add a clothing line to MK Pure Diamond Events. From Europe nations to Canada to Alaska and the African nations there is a tradition wear clean clothing. Remember the United States not to long ago use to participate. We use to wash are cloths and hang them on the clothing line. Now we wash and dry them and writhing a few hours we can wear the cloths we took out of the washer. Clean Landry. How our lives should be so clean?

I have been experimenting with this clothing company to see if any of my followers would be interested. I’d love to hear your thoughts about this new design. I think it is very cute and I am really excited to present to you my first Christmas T-Shirt. Christmas Bells.  Click on the link.

          https://shop.spreadshirt.com/fresh-diamond1/create?product=1045420827&view=1

I love Christmas and enjoy not only of what it brings to the world 🌎. What the truth is. How many of us stay centered in the fact of all “in the fact it will happen to other people”. The truth is I have had my share of person Love, Hope, Faith. My share of tragedy. My hope is if we all ring a bell. Shout out loud, whisper in a crowd Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas 🎄, Happy Hanukkah or whatever brings you to the spirit of happiness and joy. That will empower you to feel Love, Hope Faith in 2018-2019 is what the season is about. People find truth in different ways. I hope, trust you’ll find yours.  This is MKPDE’s way of saying Merry Christmas!

A to Z What’s Your Style

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls:

As I thought about what to write about this week I looked and search for ideas. As many bloggers do. I think one of the funnest things I can do is share what it is like to be woman.

I am woman a song from long ago said. I believed it. There is nothing I can achieve. I though. Expect in the search to find a place to live and all the rejections I have received lately it made me question. What is woman today? The cute generation of lifestyle blogs with the perfection of life. The world where everyone envies me. I laugh to myself.

Definition of "Lifestyle" Refers to the way a person lives. This includes patterns of social relations, food consumption, behaviors and interests. A lifestyle typically reflects an individual's attitudes and one's interaction with the world.

Therefore, everyone has a Lifestyle we each have one rich, poor and everything in between. It’s just another way of saying class, style, design, color, prestige, influence, ability and designer to made ones dreams and ideas come true.  That’s what this blog is really about. Lifestyle, Design and sharing with you one of my favorite places.

Shopping the week I sumbled across some pieces of furniture, I think my son Dustin Kamon (Sept-Nov. 2018) would of loved for his place. His friend would of loved it too. I love shopping for my children and my clients. That is paying clients. Yes, I get paid for helping people create a lifestyle. Meaning customers who enjoy of paying MKPDE to decorate their place. I have said this before and I don’t mean to sound rude. I might be paid for an art piece I create, at Maria Kamon photography, maybe it would be for staging their place for their next event.

This weeks lifestyle choice is a few pieces I found at Z Gallery. I ask one favor of you, when you visit Z Valery to purchase your next home furnishing, it would be so kind if you would mention Maria Kamon @MKPDE on Instagram also known as MK Pure Diamond Event sent you. No I am not getting a commission from Z Gallery, however I am interested in working along side them if they would like to collaborate on a project or more.

The first piece I would like to talk about is the place settings I like saying is Harry Potter inspired. It was one of my child’s favorite books to read. Honestly, I haven’t read it. However, I understand it is a truly wonderful story. The fun thing is watching your child reading skills develop due to the fact he/she enjoys reading. With this came friends that also enjoyed reading. He didn’t act any of the things out like other children. He just enjoyed the books all types and the stories told. I enjoyed watching him learn about things I never thought of. This placesetting he would of loved. Harry Potter inspired or not it's lovely.

I personally though this place settings and tables are lovely. It's elegance will keep your guest talking about your house and home for years.

The "Stella" bed is bed with its high upholstered back. For those that like a tuck look.

My last choice is the look of realistic turkeys on tablets. I'm not sure if they still do this now that I live a different lifestyle I don't cook "Thanksgiving Dinner" . The turkey dinners at the local grocery tore would be sold more economically that I could make it and I would order one for myself and donate one to the local church that was feeding people. I love living in San Diego. People help people making sure they have food to eat, a place to live and help they need.

What is the Gift you *always" Give At Christmas

Hi there, Diamond Glamor Girls,

Who doesn't enjoy a delicious cookie during the holidays? Okay, maybe I just enjoy making, baking cookies during the Christmas season. Not only cookies, I enjoy baking all kids of food.

Maybe, next year when I'm in my own house I'll be doing that again. For this year Vons and Stater Brothers bakery will have to do. That's what happens when your a grown woman and you move into your mom's house to save money. She won't let you be in her kitchen, because you just mess with the way she likes it to look.
That's 2017 Christmas!

What Is Advent?

Hi there Diamond Glamor Girls,

There are many great things to learn about the holiday. Spiritual, religious,  believe, it's so much more than just presents. What is the most important thing to know about the holiday's?  I would have to say, learn why the season excist.

Now back to the question. What is advent?

The dictionary explains it as.
"Advent is a season observed in many Christian churches as a time of expectant waiting and preparation for the celebration of the Nativity of Jesus at Christmas. The term is a version of the Latin word meaning "coming"." Wikipedia

Some believe it is to  focus on the unexpected. That's why the advent calendars that are on sale are important. They have little unexpected surprises. Things, people, places you hadn't pray for that just happen. As I learned it.  it is a time to pray for all the things one wants. However, the reality is that their are things that happen in life that are unexpected. We need to be gracefully gracious accepting God's will in our lives. Continuing to pray anyway and asking God for help and wisdom through good times and unexpected times. n how to have grace in our daily living.

What is it you want for Christmas?

Hi there, Diamond Glamor Girls,

Do you remember childhood? When Santa would make you write down your list? Things I want?

When one becomes an adult it changes all that. They forget to see the fun, the wonder (not as in wondering) the wonder, enjoyment, fun, excitement, meaning of Christmas. Things are and cost money. The responsibility and obligations cause burdens that children don't and shouldn't have to experience.

What is the fun of Christmas for adults then? It depends on the adult. For some it is they joy of Christmas in their children's eyes. The happiness they feel. The thoughts, emotions, experiences. One grows closer as a family as one shares the experiences with one's children.

Like the tradition of Christmas cookies. For years I made Christmas cookies. It was my gift to all my neighbors. In return, they would give my family things they baked during the holidays. For some it was breads others cakes. It was fun to learn and grow as families and watch each other children grow. Then the children get older and the traditions fade. Little by little the neighbors stop sharing. Until it was just one neighbor and I. Our children were friends. Was it sad? Not really. It's only sad when you don't want things to change. What's sad is, people move on with or without you. Life moves forward. People trying to relive the past get stuck there.  For those who like to purchase Cookies For Christmas click  on my affiliate Amazon link. http://amzn.to/2Bmvk3O

Those that know the truth always have the joy of the truth. Therfore, no matter where they move their spirit will always feel and know the true meaning. The "Reason for the Season" as they say. Go out and make it a great season no matter what your season in life is.

Traditions of Christmas!

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls,

The traditions of Christmas. We all have the traditions of Christmas in our homes.  Trees, lights, food, decor. We think our way is the best way disregarding the person next door who has their own traditions.

I like white lights they argue. I like, red and green another adds. There is every color in the rainbow. What is it? The lights, what about truth.

I argued with my neighbor what was truth. Her Jewish roots didn't accept my Christain roots. We argued for years on who was best. What religion had more roots. She had to be the best house, best neighbor, best kids, best cloths,  best children. I backed off it was a turn off. To compete on materialism when the season is so beautiful. I couldn't explain it. Her Jewish roots didn't offend me.

It took years to get off the competition and prayer greater than my own for her to understand it was greater than the things we own. I really loved my neighbor and years of arguing allowed me to have respect for her as a woman in her own home. Then one day in front of my house, I got out of my car and she came out of her house. She came over and asked the usual questions. I finally said, you know Jesus was Jewish there is no question. No battle, no argument. Just acceptance. That year she understood the story of Christmas!

To all those who argue religions. Your missing the spirit of Christmas. He already did this for you!

To all my old neighbors. Merry Christmas!
With love, from Maria

1.  Never Blogmas without telling friends and family.
2. It is more fun if you include your faith, family, friends and know you and them are safe.
3. If you are under age of 18 have your friends and family read your blogs or check your videos before posting.
4. Make sure that you state if your prepresenting a company or business or you are under contractual law. (This should also be verified by your parents.)

If you'd like to read, like to contribute an idea, something specific please make sure you leave me a comment, or tweet @MariaKamon #blogger2017/dgg.

There is only rule I have is that it has to be PG

Hi there Diamond Glamor Girls,

As we look at new and old tradition I came across a new one that #bloggers have as well as #vlogger. It's #blogmas or #blogmas. What is this new custom I do not understand.

I have heard of #blogma you know the annoying words that one read in a blog that gets your blood pressure up. Your annoyed with everything around you, mainly the words you read have as such evoke and emotional reaction within you, your not sure and you can get out of control?

In the search to understand this foreign word, that's how it sounds to me I searched the Internet like most people to only discover a list of things to do. I already have enough things to do. It's the holiday season. Then the search continued. #Blogmas it isn't listed in the dictionary. Hum! There is the word "#Blogwash" is. There are other words related which lead to this overwhelming reality that this modern world has new things to learn everyday. Vocabulary lessons still happen in adult's. This will be an adventure in blogging at Holiday.

By the way where is it exactly I can purchase blogmas? I went to several stores today and couldn't find it. Can and will you help me.

Hoping it will be an adventure for all of us.

30 Day October Challenge-Day 26 Your Favorite Things About Holidays

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls;

I know you might think less of me after you read this, however I have to be honest. I never think of this season as holiday's. Even when teaching we broke it up into specific days. Holidays implies all of it. I'm not sure if when really is capable of doing all of it! Every celebration on the calender. Is one?

The first thing I enjoy is getting out my hats, scrafts, camera got to be ready to take. Photographs of the people, places, thinks. I'm San Diegian and it is the most beautiful place on earth!

We have our churches that do their big Nativity productions, other do their Navidad production,  while other present choirs that sing. Then their are my friends children who are in plays, skits and productions of Thanksgiving and the meaning of our founding Father's what the meaning of the Holidays means! Plus not all my friends are of the same believe system, when invited I attended their children things or their churches production. That's always fun.
Thank You! Pixel.com for photographers.
Let's talk about lights! So many of every color! I'm not sure if they still do this, the Del Mar Fairgrounds use to have this light show you could drive through. That's San Diego. Then we have the Christmas Boat Parades in several areas of San Diego, check your local news for times and dates. How about the museums, parks, and city parades and celebrities celebrations. Now my favorite are all the personal parties, dinners I'm invited to. Thank You!

Thank you for asking. I hope you'll visit San Diego soon.

If you'd like you can listen to MariaKamon on Anchor  Pleasures & Parties" on Anchor: https://anchor.fm/maria-kamon-mkpde/episodes/eadd64

Please read the disclaimer on the contact page. Like, subscribe, tell a friend, click on an advertisement at no cost to you! Most of all I'd really enjoy reading a comment about what you think of the 30 Day Challenge.

On October 31st I will post a blog about what this blog challenge did for this blog. How much money I mad and statistic.

The Munday of Life.

Hi there, Diamond Glamour Girls;

It's the Christmas Holidays and we are in all the planning of life. Sometimes in the midst of planning I take time out to do others. Things that will help me think better.

Here are a few tips. Things things you can do when your in the middle of getting ready for the Christmas season rush.

1. Take the time to put things away. I understand that your busy and the holiday season comes and goes quickly. Take the time to file the receipts away.

2. Do this while your waiting for the cookies to be made or your watching TV. As woman we always get called out for being multi-taskers.

3. Find a small place in your house to put all the unwanted things for the season. One of the places I found useful to put away all the everyday items was in the coat closet. Nice neat boxes. When guest arrive you still have a place for their coats and it's not likely they will be going through the closet looking for things.

4. Bathrooms taking out the old and putting in the Christmas decor.  It's the perfect time to clean up all the items your children don't use or your husband no longer uses. The under the sink area is a nice little temporary storage place for items you are not using for the season. Let's face it we all have guest that like going through bathroom cabinets and drawers just to find out what you and your family uses. Crazy Aunt Sue.

5. Crazy time to think about it. However, it is honestly one of my favorite times to work on my taxes. Once everything is is place the evenings are quite, the kids are busy I enjoy to start planning for the next year.

There are my 2016 recommendations for 2017.

Clean, File, Prepare, Plan

Happy 2017!

New 2022 Blogpost will begin In June
