Here is a recipe I came up with for rose who are signal. Don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Have to eat, you have to survive. Get home from work and the last thing you want to do is go to a Resturant or bar and eat dinner.
Pasta for on. At your local grocery store the sale pasta for one! Little one serving packages of pasta. They are perfect for a single serving or two depending on your appetite. I find trying to live a balance life as a signal it's best to add a salad and vegetables, this was this fast food pasta isn't so fast.
Ingredients:
1 can of chili (without beans although you can use with beans it taste better without. Still working in which brand I like beat right now it's Hormel) Read the label make sure it's healthy,
1 bag of Pasta (LA Moderna)
1. Boil water add salt and a drop of oil.
2. Add pasta let it cook for about 5-10 minutes.
3. Make your salad and vegetables. Plate it.
4. Open the can of chili. Follow cooking directions on the can.
5. Drain pasta. Plate it.
6. Place chili on top of pasta.
7. Add cheese of choice. (Cheddar taste better than Parmesan with this recipe. However, I personally will keep experimenting until I find the right one.)
