30 Day Challenge Day 4 Explain The Blog Name

"A rose by any other name is not a rose." Shakespeare What is in a name? That's what you are really asking. Your question gives me the desire to ask you the same. None the less the goal is to complete a challenge. To repeat oneself enough in one's decision to understand, the attempt to understand the wise.

Diamond Glamorize Girls?

The name from the people I met while working. My other business. This businesses was financially supporting me and my family. It was and is a place where I had/have the opportunity to meet people. Non the less I'm not exactly sure why, I started meeting woman who wore really big Diamond rings. At first I thought it was a silly thought, then I thought how cool is that. Then I started realizing some of the things we had in common.

When you plan meetings, weddings events you meet so many people that one understands truely the importance of how unimportant a person is. In the attempt to stay and not get caught up in all the decor I came up the the name, Diamond Glamour Girls. The people I meet in life have and live the abundant life much more abundantly than I.
Therefore, I enjoy making up stories about them.

Thus, a rose by another name ... will it small sweet?

30 Day Blogging Challenge Day 3 Outfit of the Day (OOTD)

Hi there Diamond Glamour Girls,

How much fun is this one going to be. I love Cloths, shopping, diamonds,  Glamour and all the right places to visit. Some woman think you need a good man to put your arm around. :owever, I don't feel that way. I'll take a beautiful home, a comfortable bed at night, good friends, a good book and delicious food to make for an intimate dinner party, or for one. I have served my whole life and now I am retired from service. God's Blessings I reap now for myself, so I've been told.

I was never much of a party girl growing up. My mom was into that. I liked going out to dinner with a couple of friends or a nice concert, movie or ballet. What is it that I will wear this Friday? It's a Friday like any other Friday.

Walk the Dog
Lunch
Social media check emails
Do my to do list
Dinner

What makes this Friday like no other is this blog. Do I for the sake of this blog go out and purchase a new outfit? Hum! I think not. Maybe for the next OOTD. Let's think about how much fun this is.

Since I don't have any meetings I decided to wear. Casual comfortable close. Blouse and a pair of black pants, tennis shoes if I go out. If I stay in pair of shorts and blouse saddles. Boring!
I know. This just happens to fall on that kind of a day.

30 Days Blogging Challenge Day 2 Thankful Thursday

How can one be thankful when ones life has been turned into chaos? I have been through so much the last five years I don't have the words to express how I feel. Since, I don't believe in dumping my dirty cloths on you I would list the endless amount of things that has happened.

I am thankful for....

1.  Every moment I had as a Mom with my children. When a child dies before one gets old it is difficult to put the pieces together. You ask yourself how can man be so selfish in his desires.
2. Being a woman in a time when woman have rights,
3. Being alive, If I live then there is always the chance of having my life back from all the problems of other people.
4. The ability to be n a place where I can accept the responsibility for the things I have done right, ask forgiveness for the things I have done wrong and accept the fact that God is Sovereign and as much as we want to control things in life. He has other plans and can take our lives through changes we don't expect. His grace is sufficient I have been told. 
5. The ability to have employment that is creative Satisfying and that helps me become more and more self sufficient each day.

What is difficult about being thankful? Is it a poor mans thoughts? Is it what our souls get instead of money. Once you have lost everything you love in life the climb back is slow and frustrating. You have to trust. It's difficult to trust when trust has been broken.

I never thought in life I would go through so many things as I got older. The abundant life that is what we are suppose to live. Right? We plan for our life and then life changes. Retirement, grandchildren children and a new generation to tell my stories too. No, thats not what he gave me. What he gave me is so sad that everyone listen to it over and over again in the sky. Prayers what prayers, just give me money I get told. This too I give thanks for I give thanks for all those desires you have for me, that will never be for-filled. Why? We are back to number one again. Round  and round we go in a circle until.....

Thank you for reading this blog. I know it is pretty raw. That's how my spirit fills. Raw (figure of speech) from all that has happened in the past five years. When was the last time you asked me how I feel without wanting something. Thank you! I am thankful you though of me.

October Goals Day 1 of Blogger Challenge

I discovered that goals are not always easy to write. I can think about all the things I want however, without without reality a goal is just words. Empty words unless your going to accomplish them. I have to ask myself what part of the big picture of my future do I want to accomplish? I have to separate myself enough from my work to really understand the direction of which I want these October Goals. Will they be personal of business. For the sake of this blog I think I want to include both.. I discovered I have a great desire to succeed if I am going to make my personal desires public. I like any human want to save face. A Japanese term used when one doesn't want to risk getting embarrassed. I don't want to embarrass myself.

Yes, what what strong scenes of survival I feel. It's so public putting my goals in writing where everyone can see and read them. Hold me accountable. I am siting from the perspective of myself being solely responsible. I decided if I was going to put my personal life through a 30 day challenge then I would set myself up to win. Here goes. I hope if you read this it will encourage you, help myself and grow my business.

Goals for October:

1. Complete the 30 day blogging challenge
2.  Create a greater following.
3. Encourage readers to click on advertisers (persuasive writing improvements)
4. Provide information worth reading. (improve informational writing skills)
5. Provide a financial income for myself. (this is part of my monthly income payraise)

Why am I doing this. The only reason I am doing this challenge is during my radio show I put it out there that I was challenging CEO, Executives and middle management people to put away their computers for a while during the day and use a paper planner. See what difference it makes in their work place. At that moment when I asked people or encouraged people to do this I realized I haven't taken on someone else challenge before. Therefore, this is an exercise in seeing if I could do a challenge for 30 days and seeing what results it would bring. I hope you understand. There are things I love about life and things I hate. The one thing I do enjoy is being a woman! That's the way I was born I love and have always enjoyed every minute of being a feminine female. From head to toe. All the things female I enjoy!

Invite me to lunch, dinner, maybe we should saty out until breakfast. It really doesn't matter I am blessed with knowing who I am and how God made me!  Female! I think the is why I love attending fashions shows when invited. I hope you'll enjoy this one.

From Hobby Blogger to Blogging as a Career

Hi there,            

What a career choice? Blogging! English who likes the subject? The truth is I didn't like it much when I was in school. I grew up in a household who only spoke Spanish. Yes, we are legal born citizens of the United States and honesty I hate the question. What does that have to do with learning another language? The truth be told I grew up learning both. I didn't like English because of the Grammer rules. Same reason I didn't like Spanish. Grammer rule. I use to get them mix up. The writing rule can sometimes be different.

Then I got better at it. College I think. College English classes. Maybe, that's when my brain matured and I could compare the rules and understand how Spanish and English . Maybe, it was then college English teacher at Long Beach State that's had such a passion for the subject she and he were teaching. They made me listen. Listen to what? Words! Grammer and reading, classical history stories, the romance, passion, mystery ,and quiet expressed. Then I began to understand the importance of words.

Then business meetings teach  a different kind of English and Spanish. Then back to learning new things. How one expresses oneself more formally. That's the excitement of blogging. Finding creative ways to express oneself. To allow oneself to have a voice and be heard by others. Stranger's who have similar I interest.
Learning, what you are writing about. Leaving comments and opinions when one is expressive enough to engage them enough to evoke  a response. That's when you know you have written a good blog. That's when you think could I make this a career.
