GOALS






Hi there,

This is one of the things that people think of, however most people do not have. DId you know that less than three percent of people have goals. It is the one thing that we don't give much thought about. Our high school counselors talk to us in the hopes of helping us establish them however, it is really up to us as individuals to do something about it.  We have to think about what I want for the first time. I want.... I need.... I will.... This is the first time a person thinks about what they want. Not what mom and dad want for them. That is the defining moment when a person changes from a young adult to an adult.

If they hve ever been demolished you can always start again.

Goal Setting Task:

1. Think of the things you want.  Write them down.

2. Write down  the steps to apply the goals to your life.

3.  After you have written your goals down. Break them down to small steps and put dates on it.
